Our External Chief Financial Officer will provide you:

• Financial Reporting with observations and recommendations for continued company growth
• Implement financial controls to increase bottom line profits and prevent misappropriation of funds
• Continued business planning and budgeting in order to identify and achieve short and long-term financial goals
• Cash management
• Liaison with other financial professionals including bankers, insurance agents, and vendor representatives
• Manage all accounting and collection staff to achieve maximum efficiencies
• Ensure that monthly statements provide for proper tax reporting and estimate regular tax liabilities
