An experienced CPA with solid hands-on business practice leadership in management and operational accounting with deep understanding of client service value. He is the driven force with each clients in leading a team of over 4 diversified professionals.
With over 25 years of comprehensive financial reporting & planning, tax accounting, legal, human resources, and private banking experience, his diversified management of private & public industry experience in helping small and medium businesses grow profitably. His deep industry expertise came from serving clients involved in the domestic and global sector with warehousing/distribution, brick and mortar retailing, online retailing, environmental services.

Carlos joined the Firm since it was founded. His primary disciplines include hands-on with business finance and operations in consulting for corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorship. Carlos also consults with clients on setting up business entity structure, operations flow, personnel development, and cash flow management. Carlos’s specialty is in the delivery with client's specific needs through analysis and actively execute operational plans to deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining the Firm, Carlos assisted small privately held company in managing the daily accounting and operation of residential rental property with multiple units. Carlos previous experience as a high-end retail sales associate provided him with a deep understanding of personal quality service with passion in delivering value.
Carlos is actively managing multiple clients operation to include sales, customers, and vendors to insure execution of variance and exceptions for corrective actions. He is actively participating in client’s cash management and all IT needs.
He is currently working on a CMA certification.

Gianna joined the Firm in September 2014. Her primary disciplines include accounting system set-up and reporting with operational focus in structure and control design. She also specializes in operational accounting control of G/L, A/R, A/P, P/R, Inventory and Sales to insure accuracy, effectiveness, and timeliness. Her deep focus in to provide clients consultation with respect to accounting variances review and analysis. She works with closely-held entities as well as publicly-traded companies.
Prior to joining the Firm, Gianna spent over a year at Birch Street Systems as a Associate Project Manager where she worked in accounting & operations to design and implementation of software for hospitality industry. Gianna was also involved in various consulting engagements, including client training and support.

Kevin started with the Firm as an intern and joined the team full-time after graduating from Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics in 2018.
With a strong background in accounting, he performs standard bank reconciliations of client accounts and assists in the preparation of financial statements. He is engaged in back-end accounting processes, such as AR, AP, and Payroll, and is well-versed in various accounting software systems.
Kevin also specializes in software installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both client and internal systems. He has worked on projects for software implementation and migrations for multiple clients.
He plans to work towards a CPA certification.
